CDs & MP3 downloads

Please note that these products are specifically designed to work when your eyes are closed  and you are not distracted by other concerns like driving a car or using any kind of machinery or an incoming text or phone call!

To get the best results make sure that you won't be distracted and please allow yourself some time to savour the feeling afterwards. With each CD, I recommend that you allow about 30 minutes from start to finish although you can have longer or shorter if you need. For the Being Calm  and Stop Smoking CDs
I recommend that you allow about an hour from start to finish.

Discreet covers and titles:
All orders are confidential -if you need advice or would like to book a one-to-one session please feel free to email me. The last four in the series have more discreet titles and covers - eventually the first three will also have the "Every cloud has a silver lining" style as well.

If you have ordered a CD it will be posted out the same day whenever possible.

The first three recordings in the series are "direct suggestion" and encourage your subconscious mind - that part of you that controls your breathing, your blood pressure and a 1001 things that make life calm if given the right signals and encouragement - to actually calm down and be more positive about your health choices. 
The last four in the series use specially written scripts that contain metaphors that your subconscious mind will interpret to bring about a positive change in your life. It's a bit like when we talk about having a dream job - it doesn't usually mean that we get paid to lie in a hammock and have nice dreams, but we all know what it means. When we use our subconscious mind it provides the powerful stimulus for us to make significant changes as it uses all the imagination, emotion and creativity that we are capable of.

If you haven't used it before, it's a very easy and safe method of paying for products or services on the Internet.When you select any of the yellow Buy Now buttons it automatically opens up the PayPal website for you. If you have an account then you can use this pay for the items - if not then this is how you use it:

You then proceed to enter the usual details of name, address, card type and number etc. If you are buying an MP3 download you will be directed to the relevant page for download after purchase - for some reason Paypal indicates that you are "transferring information about yourself to another website" after your purchase - it's written in orange to alert you - you are actually just going to the webpage where your download is - simply "continue" to go the correct download page. Once there you will see the instruction to click "HERE" - the download starts automatically to your mobille phone, PC tablet, lap-top or PC - you then select the appropritae player such as Realplayer, Windows Media or Quicktime etc to play or save the file - it's just an MP3 file!

The card details stay with Paypal - the website owner (me in this case) receives an acknowledgement of payment and the product and name and address for postage. Or if you want to pay by cheque then just contact me via the Contact page.There is no extra charge for paying by cheque.
